Job Summary: Mais que Café is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to manage accounts, perform bank reconciliation, monitor cash flow, and prepare financial reports, supporting the professionalization of the finance department. Key Highlights: 1. Management and control of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable 2. Daily bank reconciliation and cash flow control 3. Support in financial forecasting and managerial reporting Mais que Café, a cafeteria chain operating company-owned units in hospital environments, is currently undergoing structural development and professionalization of its finance department and seeks a **Junior Financial Analyst** to join the administrative team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and control of **Accounts Payable** * Management and monitoring of **Accounts Receivable** * **Daily bank reconciliation** * Organization and control of cash flow * Support in monthly financial forecasting * ERP data entry and verification * Liaison with operational units and suppliers * Financial managerial reporting **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the finance area * Experience handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable routines * Experience with **bank reconciliation** * Experience with ERP systems (preferred: **Teknisa**) * Operational experience with **Banco Santander** * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in companies with multiple units * Analytical and structured profile * Ability to organize processes Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you own a vehicle? * Are you available to start immediately?
