Responsibilities and Duties: Design, organize, and scale our data infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, accessibility, and performance of the information that drives strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a data-driven culture and generate real business value. * Design and evolve the company’s Data Lake, focusing on performance, scalability, and governance; * Connect and organize data from multiple sources (transactional databases, APIs, external partners, etc.); * Build and maintain efficient, reliable, and well-structured data pipelines (ETL/ELT); * Collaborate closely with data, software engineering, product, and business teams to ensure the right data is available at the right time; * Support the organization-wide adoption of a data culture by translating information into strategic insights; * Participate in technical decisions regarding data architecture, security, testing, and versioning; * Ensure organization, traceability, and consistency across data flows, with long-term maintenance and scalability in mind. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Practical experience in data engineering and Data Lake development; * Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline construction; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Experience with cloud environments, especially AWS; * Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.); * Business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
