Now, we are seeking a professional to qualify and join our team! **CREDIT ASSISTANT 1:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer conversion via WhatsApp, phone, and CRM. * Data and documentation verification for financing applications. * End-to-end monitoring of the financing process. * Gathering information from other team members to provide complete information to customers. * Ensuring validity of information and processes with Caixa Econômica Federal suppliers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in active sales, preferably in services. * Basic knowledge of documents: IRRF, FGTS, and personal identification documents. * Basic knowledge of percentage calculations. * **Bonus: experience in real estate credit.** * Easy access to the Funcionários neighborhood in Belo Horizonte. **BENEFITS:** * Salary R$1800.00 + performance-based bonuses. * Cash transportation allowance. * Meal allowance of R$30.00 per day, with no payroll deduction. * CLT employment contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Gympass. * Dental plan. * Life insurance. * Amil health plan at no cost (after probation period). * Career development plan.
