**Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to customers, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications services. * Perform network technician tasks, including testing, configuration, and connectivity verification. * Conduct fiber optic splicing, cable laying, organization and maintenance of splice closures and DIOs. * Identify and test fibers using OTDR and Power Meter. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on the network. * Ensure quality standards and proper organization of fiber cables. * Ensure appropriate use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Comply with company safety regulations and technical procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of telecommunications networks. * Experience in technical customer support. * Ability to read network project documents and diagrams. * Experience in fiber optic splicing. * Availability for fieldwork and external assignments. * Driver's license category B. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses or certifications in telecommunications or fiber optics. * Strong teamwork skills and good customer relationship abilities. **Job Details** * Salary Range: **R$2\.106,40 \+ 30% Hazard Pay and benefits** * Work Mode: **On-site** * Employment Type: **CLT** * Working Hours: **08:00 to 18:00** * Shift Schedule: **6 days on, 1 day off**
