RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES * Carry out store-related tasks; * Customer service; * Monitor the entire sales process; * Enter orders and schedule allocations according to the Sales Manager’s instructions; * Verify and update the Management System regarding vehicles ordered, received, and delivered; * Update customer information—including registration data, lifecycle, and insurance—according to the dealership’s policy; * Support the Sales Manager in their controls; * Support Sales Consultants in their controls; * Inform the commercial department of the arrival date of vehicles at the dealership; * Release and prepare vehicle documentation for billing in the DMS system. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver’s License: Category B
