You will stand out if you have: * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Brazilian National Driver's License, Category B; * Willingness to share knowledge. Work Location and Schedule: * Senac Manhuaçu/MG (in-person work); * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs. As an Administrative Procurement Assistant, your main responsibilities will include: * Assisting in replenishment procurement processes, preparing quotations, and arranging budgets. * Sourcing and developing suppliers. * Monitoring delivery of products and services. * Collecting materials and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. * Contacting suppliers to correct quantitative and qualitative discrepancies in delivered items. * Arranging corrections, returns, or cancellations of purchases that do not meet specifications. * Requesting, controlling, and maintaining consumable and permanent materials. * Requesting and monitoring repair and maintenance execution at the unit. * Monitoring the vehicle fleet, requesting maintenance and inspections as needed. * Conducting physical inventory of assets, transferring assets between units, and processing administrative routines. 2512110202491913498
