




Job Summary: Internship to assist the customer service team with phone calls, member interactions, call triage, digitization, reporting, and other administrative tasks, while participating in training sessions. Participation in training sessions and team meetings **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship Answer and route incoming phone calls; Provide service to members via Sicoob’s electronic terminals and mobile apps; Perform triage for in-person service at the service counter (PA); Assist the customer service team with document digitization and archiving; Prepare service reports and spreadsheets; Perform other administrative tasks relevant to the department; Participate in training sessions and other team meetings **Requirements:** Education: Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies up to the 4th semester in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields Resident of Manhumirim \- MG Strong oral and written communication skills; Organizational skills and proactivity; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Experience in face-to-face and telephone customer service; Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems; Availability to intern for 6 hours per day **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Education allowance, Life insurance
