Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform HR payroll department routines, including onboarding, payroll processing, vacation management, benefits administration, leaves of absence, and terminations. Responsible for verifying information, calculating labor charges, submitting statutory filings, and supporting employees and managers, ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Payroll: Experience in payroll processing, verification, and closing, including vacation pay, 13th salary, terminations, and labor charges. * Onboarding and Termination: Hands-on experience managing the full cycle of employee onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding. * Legislation and Statutory Filings: Knowledge of CLT, eSocial, DCTFWeb, and other legal routines in the area. * Benefits and Vacation: Experience administering benefits, managing vacation schedules, and handling leaves of absence. * Systems and Excel: Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- You must: * Pay close attention to detail and focus on data accuracy. * Act ethically and maintain confidentiality when handling personal data. * Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Be proactive and capable of resolving day-to-day issues. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- * Health insurance; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOCAFE HEADQUARTERS
