WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Monitor daily productivity of the external sales team through spreadsheets and control tools. * Report daily sales results to the Regional Coordinator. * Define routes for the external sales team in accordance with guidelines established with the Regional Coordinator. * Supervise the external sales representatives in your region, provide feedback and training, and implement development initiatives to ensure productivity and achievement of regional sales targets. * Serve as the liaison between the Regional Coordinator and the team, ensuring effective communication of guidelines, results, and other relevant commercial operation information. * Occasionally participate in company-organized events, representing the brand, presenting products and services, and strengthening the company’s institutional image.
