Provide financial consulting to cooperative members **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM \- 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM \- 5:00 PM **Level:** Management and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Description:** Responsible for developing and implementing relationship-building strategies with cooperative members, including managing the portfolio of products and services, supporting business teams and PA-related processes—including individual (PF), corporate (PJ), and digital clients—through marketing existing portfolio products and services, as well as delivering financial consulting focused on cooperative members’ needs and the cooperative’s performance goals, aiming to enhance profitability and expand the portfolio while promoting service quality, efficiency, standardization, achievement of established targets, and provision of product and service solutions aligned with members’ expectations and loyalty within the manager’s area of responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the cooperative members’ portfolio to increase the cooperative’s reach within the assigned operational area; * Achieve established targets by offering product and service solutions aligned with cooperative members’ expectations; * Ensure promotion and dissemination of offered products and services; * Comply with requirements set forth by regulatory and supervisory agencies, as well as institutional policies; * Support credit recovery efforts related to members, including digital channel support; * Administer overdue collections to minimize the cooperative’s delinquency rate; * Provide necessary data for analysis and decision-making; * Ensure all approved operations undergo analyses consistent with established policies and regulations, supported by guarantees appropriate to the underlying business activity. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, Production Engineering, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Experience in financial products and services; * CPA\-10 or CPA\-20 or CEA. **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of regulations: Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN), Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), and Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Markets Entities (ANBIMA); * Excellence in customer service; * Knowledge of sales techniques; * Knowledge of the financial market; * Knowledge of credit policies; * Negotiation techniques for financial products and services; * Knowledge of financial mathematics; * Portfolio management experience; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Childcare allowance, Internal benefits, Commissions, Profit-sharing program, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food allowance, Transportation allowance
