Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the material flow—from receipt and storage to dispatch—operating material handling equipment and serving customers. Key Highlights: 1. Material receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch activities. 2. Operation of self-propelled material handling equipment. 3. Inventory management and control of material inflow/outflow. Perform material receipt, inspection, storage, control, dispatch, and customer service in accordance with company standards and procedures. Record material inflow and outflow transactions. Operate self-propelled material handling equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load and unload materials from trucks; * Receive, store, and move materials using handling equipment; * Perform material storage, arrangement, preservation, and cleaning tasks, as well as warehouse cleaning; * Serve customers at the warehouse counter; * Conduct inventory audits; * Issue material dispatch invoices; * Sort materials for return; * Check expired items and monitor expiration dates; * Record material service transactions in the system; * Control and inspect materials delivered by suppliers; * Organize material storage in designated locations; * Receive, issue, and file material movement documents; * Perform equipment inspection, operation, and maintenance checklists; * Issue material requisitions; * Receive returned supplies; * Maintain computerized material management systems up to date with all material inflow and outflow entries. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * **Driver's License (Class B);** * **NR 11; (Forklift Operator);** * **NR 12;** Occupational safety in machinery and equipment (as applicable to the equipment to be operated); * Experience in logistics or warehouse operations; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
