




Job Summary: This role involves supporting administrative and financial activities, managing cash flow, credit analysis, controlling delinquencies, and managing internal financing contracts. Delinquency management and internal financing contracts **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist with administrative and financial activities of the branch; * Monitor store cash flow by recording receipts and payments in the system; * Conduct credit analysis and assist in approving or blocking credit extensions, following established criteria; * Manage delinquencies, including handling returned checks, friendly collections, and forwarding outstanding items for credit reporting or to the central department as required. * Register customers, suppliers, and employees in the internal system; * Manage internal financing contracts, organizing documents and tracking receipts to validate transactions involving retention of title. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields currently preferred); * Experience in administrative and financial routines.
