




Job Summary: Support the Recruitment and Selection process, assist in planning internal initiatives, provide support to new employees, and handle routine HR administrative tasks. Contribution to internal HR initiatives and administrative routines **Main Responsibilities:** Support and participate in the entire Recruitment and Selection process of the headquarters, in collaboration with management; screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support all other stages of the selection process; contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of weekly and monthly internal initiatives; support new employees by assisting with the admission process and conducting institutional onboarding sessions; support routine administrative tasks within the Human Resources department. **Prerequisites:** Currently enrolled in Psychology, from the 5th semester onward; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. ### **Benefits:** Internship stipend, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance, Discounts at gyms via TotalPass, Discounts at educational institutions ### **Department:** Minas Gerais
