We are looking for a Tax Assistant to join the team of an energy sector company in Jundiaí/SP, with hybrid work arrangements. **Responsibilities:** * Tax classification of goods (NCM, CEST, ICMS/ST taxation, PIS/COFINS). * Calculation and submission of ancillary tax obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, DCTF, DES, DEFIS/SIMEI, etc.). * Recording of incoming and outgoing invoices. * Tax reconciliation and control of tax documents. * Support during tax audits and document analysis. * Support in billing routines and issuance of NF-e/NFS-e. * Liaison with accounting and related departments. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or ongoing undergraduate/technologist program in Accounting/Accounting Sciences. * Proven experience in tax routines (minimum 1–2 years). * Solid knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ISS). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate/advanced Excel). * Familiarity with ERP systems (Totvs Protheus, RM, SAP or similar is a plus). **Compensation and benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2.682,12. * SulAmérica Health Plan – free monthly premium for the holder; co-payment applies. * Optional SulAmérica Dental Plan – monthly premium borne by the employee. * TotalPass. * Swile Multi-benefit Card – R$ 250/month. * Life insurance. * Univers/Farmácia Partnership – discounts up to 30%, deducted from payroll. * “Medida Certa” Program – free nutritional follow-up. * Partnerships with universities and English language schools offering discounts. * Access to Amcham/UN training platform.
