We are revolutionizing mining and seeking **Robotics Engineers passionate about making a real-world impact**. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, solving complex technical challenges remotely and on-site. Collaborating with our international team, you will actively contribute to developing innovative solutions that are redefining the autonomous trucking industry. This is an office-based position located in the **Vila da Serra region (Nova Lima/Belo Horizonte)**, with occasional visits to **mines where Pronto operates**, across various regions of Brazil and other countries. Applications without completed questionnaire responses will not be considered. **Responsibilities** * Software development for autonomous systems; * Provide technical support for fleets of autonomous trucks operating continuously, both remotely and on-site, including domestic and international travel; * Perform diagnostics, identify, and resolve firmware and software issues in autonomous systems, primarily on Linux-based systems; * Work across diverse robotics domains, including localization, control systems, path planning, safety systems, sensor fusion, integration with custom or third-party hardware, camera pipelines, and/or machine learning. **Requirements** (Applicants must meet all of the following requirements to be considered for the selection process) * At least **2 years of professional experience** (excluding internships or academic studies) in software development and/or robotics; * Advanced knowledge of **Linux** systems; * Practical experience with **debugging** embedded systems; * Experience with remote connections via **SSH** and command-line diagnostic tools; * Proficiency in **Python** and **C/C\+\+** programming for code analysis and correction; * Ability to analyze and solve complex problems; * **Advanced/Fluent English** for technical communication with international teams and documentation. * Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B; **Preferred Qualifications** (not mandatory but desirable) * Experience managing processes using **Supervisor** or similar tools; * Knowledge of communication protocols and diagnosing connectivity issues; * Proficiency with Linux network tools (**tcpdump, Wireshark**, etc.); * Familiarity with version control (**Git**); * History of personal projects involving automation, robotics, or electronics; * Experience with rapid prototyping and hardware troubleshooting. **Benefits** * Health and dental insurance for employee and dependents * Meal and food allowance * Stock options * Life insurance * Performance bonus
