Provide balanced and pathology-specific meals according to the institution's standardized diet protocols and under the guidance of a nutritionist, in addition to performing production-related tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Transcribe all necessary information from the diet map adjusted by the clinical nutritionist to ensure appropriate dietary provision based on the patient's pathology and habits; * Assemble and distribute various special diets intended for patient meals; * Prepare juices and salads included in patient meals; * Record patient acceptability on designated forms; * Clean dishes, utensils, equipment, and the environment, as well as maintain their preservation; * Restock water bottles for patients and manage fluid restriction when required; * Monitor the entry and exit of dishes, cutlery, and utensils from the dietary kitchens; * Perform other duties as needed or at the discretion of supervisors; * Participate in training on hospital diets, types of isolation, among others. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of hospital diet composition, food characteristics, behavioral posture, and hygienic-sanitary standards. **Additional Information** UAI PLANALTO 12x36 from 07:30 to 19:30 ***Salary Range:*** *Between R$1\.400,00 and R$1\.500,00* ***Benefits*** * *Transportation allowance;* * *Meal allowance;* * *Meals provided at the workplace;* * *Life insurance;* * *Partnerships with SESC and Tangará.* The **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility in its headquarters city, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\. SPDM – Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine assumed management of the Integrated Care Units (UAIs) of the Municipality of Uberlândia on June 1, 2018, seeking excellence in public health services and commitment to the principles of the Unified Health System (SUS).
