Requirements: **Mandatory:** * Solid experience with Python (pandas, sklearn and/or equivalent libraries) and SQL. * Strong foundation in statistics, supervised modeling, and evaluation (AUC/KS, calibration, risk metrics). * Experience with large-scale data (Databricks/Spark or equivalent). * Knowledge of model monitoring/stability (PSI, drift, retraining triggers). * Ability to work end-to-end with a focus on production and impact. **Nice-to-have (Desirable):** * Experience with XGBoost/LightGBM, ranking models, survival models, or advanced techniques applied to risk/credit. * Experience with explainability (SHAP), fairness, and audit requirements. * Experience with MLOps (MLflow, model registry, automated pipelines, deployment). * Experience with feature store and/or real-time inference. * Experience with experimentation (A/B, bandits) and scenario simulation. **Behavioral Skills:** * Analytical profile oriented toward quality and robustness. The focus lies on advanced credit and risk modeling, unified scoring (individuals and businesses), and feature engineering & feature store—working across the full lifecycle: data → modeling → validation → production → monitoring. * Build and evolve predictive models for credit/risk, propensity, default, fraud, or operational efficiency (as prioritized). * Design features and selection/transformation strategies, working closely with the Data/Engineering team. * Define and execute robust validations (offline/online), ensuring generalization and stability. * Implement model monitoring (drift, stability, calibration, performance) and investigate degradations. * Contribute to unified scoring: metric consistency, cross-segment comparability, and governance. * Translate results into actionable decisions, with impact estimation (uplift, avoided loss, savings).
