Manage operational systems used in daily operations. Confirm and verify transactions and invoices (NFs). * Issue, extend, and send invoices (boletos) and invoices (NFs), as well as map unidentified amounts. * Negotiate debts and propose agreements, always aiming for credit recovery with courtesy and effectiveness. * Analyze cases of delinquency to understand root causes and propose improvements to collections processes. * Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions conducted.
