In this role, the main challenge is to act as the responsible party for terminal maintenance by handling service requests, identifying and resolving issues, monitoring and tracking terminals, and accurately recording data in appropriate control systems. Then check out the responsibilities for this position **Responsibilities and Duties** **Analysis and Diagnosis:** Identify the root cause of issues, resolve them remotely, and, if necessary, dispatch field technicians with appropriate solutions. **Monitoring and Updates:** Monitor ticket status and maintain detailed records in Salesforce. **Technical Support:** Provide remote assistance for diagnostics, updates, and procedural guidance for on-site activities. **Vendor Interaction:** Coordinate services with vendors, issue work orders, and track execution progress. **Interaction Logging:** Update tickets with information from IVR interactions, emails, and other contact channels. **Maintenance Planning:** Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for terminals to ensure operational continuity and reduce failures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical course or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields; * Experience with remote support; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with ticketing tools (Qualitor / Salesforce preferred); * Test logic and programming skills; * Knowledge of Trauma Zero and Zabbix. **Additional Information** People with disabilities are warmly welcome!
