




Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Services Support Technician to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technology incidents, manage service tickets, and ensure system functionality. End-user support and hardware/software maintenance. **Overview** --------------- We seek a Field Services Support Technician responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving technology incidents and requests. This professional will manage the incident queue via ITSM tools, oversee the full lifecycle of service requests, and ensure adherence to agreed-upon SLAs. Additionally, this role includes conducting laboratory testing for hardware and software issue analysis and resolution, providing end-user support, and ensuring optimal operation of the organization’s hardware and systems. Candidates must reside in the **URUGUAIANA/RS** region. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Provide technical support to employees, ensuring all work devices are fully operational and properly configured. * Manage incident tickets and service queues, meeting agreed performance indicators. * Support other IT areas during crisis situations, projects, changes, and technology environment testing. * Manage equipment inventory, maintain accurate records, and perform regular equipment maintenance. * Create, update, and execute IOPs (Instructions of Procedures) to standardize tasks and ensure knowledge sharing. * Install software and perform hardware maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Experience as a Field Technician. * Specific knowledge (tools, languages, certifications): * Proficiency in operating system installation and configuration. * Experience with cabling and telephony is a plus. * Knowledge of Windows 10\. Ability to perform data migration, user backups, administrative tools \- \- and registry operations. * Basic Active Directory knowledge: adding/removing devices from domain.
