Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for hardware and software maintenance, user assistance, and IT asset inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Computer and laptop maintenance (hardware and software) 2. On-site and remote user support 3. Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 * Computer and laptop maintenance (hardware and software diagnostics, system formatting and installation). * User support (on-site and remote assistance, incident logging and tracking). * Basic knowledge of **Active Directory** (user creation and management, password resets, basic groups and permissions). * Proficiency in **Microsoft 365** (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). * Familiarity with **Microsoft Azure**, especially fundamental identity concepts and hybrid environments. * IT equipment inventory control (laptops, desktops, and peripherals).
