Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards The construction company seeks a Technical Maintenance Assistant in Cachoeirinha (East Zone). RNI is a Brazilian company engaged in the development and marketing of real estate projects. Focused on socially oriented housing, the company aims to provide affordable, high-quality solutions for its customers. **Responsibilities:** Conduct apartment inspections according to established criteria. Assist in daily supervision of executed activities. Apply checklist-based inspections and monitor execution. Prepare photographic reports. Conduct analyses and prepare units for customer handover. Perform property handover to customers, completing the RVU form, demonstrating the property, and recording all activities in the company’s management system—ensuring compliance with RNI’s standards and procedures. Carry out job duties while strictly observing all organizational health and safety regulations. Perform duties in accordance with defined standards and aligned with the company’s values, guidelines, and Quality Policy, following company-specific procedures, and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information. Maintain equipment under one’s responsibility and promptly report any issues to the immediate supervisor. Adhere to the Rodobens Group’s Code of Ethics, as well as the company’s mission, vision, and cultural values. Keep one’s workplace clean and organized. Previous experience as a Building Maintenance Assistant, Technical Support Technician for Maintenance, Technical Services Assistant, or Maintenance Coordinator may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Undergraduate degree in progress.
