




The **Senior Observability Engineer** is responsible for designing and implementing solutions that ensure visibility and effective monitoring of data architectures and artificial intelligence systems. The professional will operate strategically to optimize operational performance and security, contributing to the delivery of valuable insights to our customers. **Responsibilities:** Design and implement tools and processes enabling continuous monitoring and performance analysis of systems and data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues, ensuring operational functionality and efficiency. Establish metrics and success indicators to guide decisions and improvements in developed solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, contributing to skill and knowledge development in the field of observability. Conduct risk analyses and propose mitigation solutions to ensure data security and integrity. Interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and align expectations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. **Qualifications** In-depth knowledge of observability, monitoring, and data analysis tools, with focus on cloud environments and microservices architecture. Proficiency in implementing and optimizing monitoring systems, such as Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Log Management. Analytical ability to diagnose problems and propose effective solutions. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience in collaborative environments. Relevant certifications in data and observability tools will be considered a plus. **Educational Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Specializations or additional courses in AI and data analytics are desirable. **Professional Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in roles related to data engineering and observability, including experience in projects at consulting or technology companies. Prior experience in cloud environments is a plus.
