Resource optimization and reduction of stockouts **Job Mission** Plan and execute procurement processes autonomously, proposing improvements and optimizing resources to ensure product flow efficiency across units and contribute to reducing stockouts and excess inventory. Operates nationally, with direct operational impact and constant interface with commercial and logistics departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan procurement processes using demand analysis, inventory levels, seasonality, and consumption behavior to ensure efficient product flow across units. * Create and validate transfer orders, considering operational constraints, logistics capacity, and inventory policies, focusing on resource optimization and reduction of stockouts and excess inventory. * Monitor procurement performance indicators such as service level, inventory coverage, and accuracy, proposing corrective actions and adjustments to maintain operational performance. * Conduct follow\-up with suppliers and distribution centers, aligning delivery timelines, volumes, and priorities to ensure fulfillment of procurement plans. * Develop analytical reports and management dashboards, consolidating relevant information to support decision-making and provide visibility into departmental results. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, contributing proposals for process optimization, policy review, and implementation of solutions in the procurement area. **Basic Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in procurement or logistics. **Desirable Requirements** * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience with ERP systems. * Knowledge of demand planning. * Knowledge of inventory management.
