Applications until: 09/23/2025 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** **2.0 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Work towards improving productivity, quality, and efficiency of industrial equipment and facilities. Work with shift and administrative teams to maintain continuity in PRODUCTION pace and stability in factory BALANCING. Analyze plant performance and promptly analyze deviations, recommending corrective actions at the lowest possible cost, while respecting SAFETY and environmental limits. Monitor the effective application of quality management system procedures and organizational model tools in operational PRODUCTION areas, as well as ensure proper awareness, guidance, review, and training of team practices. Act to optimize operational costs within your AREA. Lead continuous improvement processes in production and support units, participating in the selection and prioritization of suggestions and involving executors/collaborators. Ensure the development of scheduled maintenance shutdown programs by defining priorities and providing information. Participate in service planning and scheduling, as well as monitoring and evaluating results together with service providers through weekly planning meetings. Perform activities according to responsibilities defined in quality, environmental, and SAFETY work instructions and procedures. Contribute to adequate INTEGRATION among different AREAS through continuous exchange of managerial information, provision of technical support, and pursuit of integrated, viable solutions with favorable cost-benefit ratios that ensure expected results. Record non-conformities identified in the sector and verify the effectiveness of preventive and/or corrective and/or improvement actions. Ensure maximum productivity, commitment, and ETHICAL conduct from the team, encouraging and promoting continuous development (coaching), providing feedback on AREA performance, and defining and monitoring the team's qualification plan. Contribute to increased operational availability by optimizing weekly MAINTENANCE schedules, repair quality, and feedback to MAINTENANCE departments. Contribute to updating maintenance records and history by properly entering information into computerized systems (SAP PM). Know and practice SIG procedures and standards. Be a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to actively and responsibly care. Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integration of prevention into routine operations. Encourage proper use of PPE and exercise the right to refuse work in cases of serious risk, fostering proposal of control solutions.
