




Job Summary: Administrative assistant focused on academic secretarial duties, responsible for serving the academic community, organizing documents, updating the academic system, and handling academic processes. Processing of academic requests and academic status changes **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative Assistant \- Academic Secretariat** **Provide service to the entire academic community, directed to the General Secretariat;** **Verify and organize documents submitted by students during enrollment;** **Update the academic system daily with registration data and enrollment status;** **Perform academic status changes via the system according to enrollment procedures or student/coordination requests, including: enrollment, re-enrollment, reopening of enrollment, enrollment suspension or cancellation, internal and external transfers, course and shift changes, among others;** **Digitize and catalog documents in accordance with the retention schedule established by current legislation;** **Process requests submitted via the student portal or Service Center (processing procedures, recording opinions, sending guidance, and concluding services);** **Record academic credit recognition resulting from course exemption requests or enrollment via transfer and course credit recognition;** **Prepare and issue academic documents (certificates, academic transcripts, syllabi, official course documents, and evaluation systems);** **Validate graduating students for degree conferral ceremonies;** **Organize and manage degree conferral ceremony requests;** **Carry out activities required by INEP or the Ministry of Education (MEC), such as the School Census and the National Student Performance Exam (ENADE).** **Telephone and in-person service.** **Perform other duties assigned by the General Secretary or established by higher-level authorities.** **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE** **Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, undergraduate degree** **DESIRED ATTITUDES / COMPETENCIES** **Organized, proactive, team-oriented, responsible, discreet, trustworthy, strong writing and communication skills.** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.029,71 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Microsoft Office suite (Mandatory)
