Opportunity to enhance technical skills **Job Summary** The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for supporting the company's building and equipment maintenance activities, contributing to the preservation, safety, and proper functioning of facilities. Works under leadership guidance, performing low-complexity preventive and corrective tasks to ensure a safe, functional, and productive work environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** services on building installations, including: * + Plumbing; + Basic electrical systems; + Painting; + Masonry; + Carpentry; * Support the preservation and operation of electrical, plumbing, lighting, and structural building systems; * Assist in repairing, replacing, and adjusting parts, components, and low-complexity equipment; * Respond to internal maintenance requests, documenting incidents and reporting them to leadership; * Ensure proper use, preservation, and organization of tools, equipment, and work materials; * Support maintenance department organization and basic inventory control of materials; * Strictly comply with internal **occupational safety regulations**, correctly using **PPEs**; * Collaborate with other company departments for emergency demands or preventive maintenance actions. **Job Requirements** **Education** * Completed elementary education; * High school diploma preferred; * Technical or vocational training in **electrical, plumbing, masonry, or building maintenance** will be considered an advantage. **Experience** * Minimum **6 months** of experience in similar roles, preferably in building, industrial, or logistics maintenance. **Technical Skills** * Basic knowledge of: Electrical systems Plumbing Painting * Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment; * Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, work orders, or basic diagrams; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and proper use of PPEs; **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Organization and care for equipment and environments; * Commitment to deadlines and service quality; * Clear and objective communication; * Teamwork ability; * Agility and availability to meet operational demands. **Preferred Qualification:** * Knowledge or certification in **NR-10** and **NR-35** is desirable. **OEA-Sensitive**: Yes Access to sensitive company areas and direct influence on the physical integrity of structures and equipment, thereby impacting operational reliability required by OEA criteria
