Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and availability of production lines through maintenance and inspection of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure efficiency of the mechanical equipment route inspection program on production lines; * Operate mechanical measuring instruments; * Perform scheduled weekly tasks; * Replace parts and perform minor repairs on equipment; * Complete work permit requests; * Request maintenance orders for all tasks; * Adjust mechanical components and align equipment; * Perform hot and cold splicing of conveyor belts; * Record inspections for scheduling preventive and annual maintenance; * Participate in equipment development and improvement; * Ensure efficiency and availability of production lines; * Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems; * Ensure proper completion of maintenance orders; * Manage a pre-determined area, being accountable for its smooth operation; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Ensure proper functioning of maintenance control systems. * Perform welding repairs; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Mechanics; * NR33 and NR35 certifications preferred; * Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics, electric welding, and metal band welding; * Familiarity with overhead crane operation and preventive/corrective maintenance; * Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and decision-making capability; * Availability for rotating shift schedule (6 days on / 2 days off); **Additional Information** * On-site medical care; * On-site cafeteria; * Basic food basket; * Benefits card; * Life insurance; * Free transportation; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Education assistance.
