Description:
* Teaching experience in classroom settings.
* Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Pedagogy, with specialization in the relevant field of practice.
* Subject-specific knowledge appropriate for the assigned grade level and age group, including teaching methodology and pedagogical approaches.
* Commitment to and interest in continuous professional development.
* Develop curricular projects and lesson plans aligned with national curriculum guidelines, tailored to students' grade level and age group.
* Complete daily logs and other pedagogical documents requested by the institution.
* Deliver classes in accordance with institutional guidelines to provide all necessary learning support to students.
* Systematically monitor and assess students' progress throughout the teaching-learning process.
* Actively participate in pedagogical meetings, grade-level councils, and professional training sessions.
* Prepare descriptive evaluations of students' performance across affective, cognitive, and social domains.
* Provide individualized support to families as required.
* Submit to families, on a semester basis, evaluations of students' learning progress.
