**Main Responsibilities:**
* Perform precise land and construction element measurements to ensure compliance with project specifications;
* Collaborate with site coordinators to discuss measurements and progress of works;
* Review and analyze projects together with coordinators, proposing improvements and adjustments as needed;
* Identify ways to optimize resources invested in construction, ensuring operational efficiency;
* Perform on-site markings for curb installation, ensuring correct positioning;
* Verify elevation levels of various materials applied during soil compaction or drainage preparation, ensuring execution complies with specifications;
* Document measurement points related to drainage for subsequent approval, adhering to all requested specifications and requirements;
* Verify on-site whether actual execution matches the project, identify discrepancies, and jointly align solutions with the Site Coordinator;
* Propose optimal modifications to a project when unforeseen obstacles prevent adherence to the planned execution;
* Formalize and validate project changes, ensuring proper documentation and communication to the architecture team for necessary revisions and adjustments within the Projects Department;
* Carry out activities in accordance with management system guidelines—quality, health, and safety—as well as preventive actions based on received training, immediately reporting any identified deviations to the respective department manager.
**Essential Requirements:**
* Technical degree in Surveying or related fields;
* Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle;
* Relevant work experience.
**Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday; Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM;
**Work Location:** Itaiópolis/Mafra/Canoinhas/São José dos Pinhais region;
