Communication with load planners and administrative staff **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to join our **Shipping Department** at the **Paper Mill** in **Três Barras/SC**, in an on-site role, responsible for the storage, handling, and loading of paper rolls, ensuring roll integrity according to quality specifications. Loading various types of vehicle configurations, ensuring paper rolls remain intact during loading so they can be delivered to customers as required and without generating complaints. Performing lot verification and counting during loading to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and that paper roll inventory remains correct. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Physically handle paper rolls using forklifts; * Operate forklifts for storage, loading, and movement of paper rolls in accordance with safety regulations; * Execute warehouse stock movements in WMS using data collectors/computers (SAP): receipts, shipments, and location transfers; * Load trucks according to the Transport Document (SAP); * Scan barcodes on paper rolls and validate quantities via data collector; * Distribute cargo weight correctly across trucks, complying with axle weight limits; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Perform forklift pre-use checklists and report any defects to maintenance; * Maintain communication with load planners and administrative staff; * Comply with company policies, procedures, internal standards, and management systems; * Perform other related duties as required by the job function and work process. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed High School education; * Driver's License Category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); * Knowledge of shipping processes; **Additional Information** **BENEFITS FOR THIS POSITION:** We aim to support your health.
