Job Summary: A professional with a degree in Accounting Sciences and an active CRC registration to manage and supervise accounting activities, ensuring compliance and supporting decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and supervise all accounting activities of the company. 2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax legislation. 3. Develop the accounting team and support tax and financial planning. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise all accounting activities of the company. * Ensure **compliance with accounting standards and tax legislation**. * Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings. * Prepare and analyze **financial statements** (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). * Manage and develop the accounting team. * Control and review accounting entries and reconciliations. * Attend internal and external audits. * Support the company's tax and financial planning. * Prepare management reports to support decision-making. * Ensure adherence to tax and accounting deadlines. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Accounting Sciences**. * Active registration with the **CRC** (Regional Council of Accounting). * Experience in managing an accounting team. * Knowledge of Brazilian tax and accounting legislation. * Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. * Analytical, organized profile with leadership skills. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Controllership, or Finance. * Experience in auditing or with large enterprises. * Knowledge of tax planning.
