**Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Coordinate, develop, and execute continuous improvement activities, project planning and management, data analysis and collection. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed undergraduate degree * Experience in logistics operations and projects; Green Belt knowledge is a plus * Basic to intermediate English **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will find:** * Coordinate, develop, and execute continuous improvement activities, project planning, project management, and data analysis; * Lead project teams, ensuring task distribution, team motivation, and consistent application of feedback; * Calculate operational productivity through chronometric analysis studies; * Analyze operational flow to optimize movements and improve operational performance; * Simplify and standardize activities and processes implemented at the site; * Conduct technical studies to review existing resources (labor and equipment), focusing on improving productive efficiency; * Review the physical layout of operations, including storage areas, staging areas, administrative areas, and support areas; * Coordinate and support functional department activities, ensuring achievement of established goals and deadlines; * Ensure compliance with DHL, client, and corporate program performance indicators (KPIs); * Develop technical proposals and cost compositions for improvements, validating them with Management, Executive Leadership, or requestors; * Analyze operational results to identify feasibility of new projects and propose innovative cost-reduction solutions; * Apply and disseminate project tools and methodologies (concepts, forms, DePICT, and Functional Design) to operational leadership; * Develop and deliver operational and technical training across all departments; * Provide structured technical support to support areas and Operations; * Ensure adherence to occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) concepts, standards, and regulations. * Receive, analyze, and structure continuous improvement proposals and ideas from Operations, support areas, and leadership; * Manage the completion and control of all documentation and reports relevant to the Projects Department. * Review and analyze the ABC Curve to optimize storage strategy and material flow; * Actively participate in start-up activities, providing technical support and management during implementation phases of new operations; * Define working groups, resources, and assignments, ensuring organization and accountability of all individuals involved in projects. * Ensure achievement of Performance Evaluation objectives and continuous team development; * Provide innovative and structured solutions focused on quality, safety, and financial sustainability of operations **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is the global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
