In addition to planning and overseeing quality testing within squads, we seek a leader whose mission is to develop a high-performance team—managing goals, projects, and processes to embed a culture of quality in everything we do. Responsibilities and Duties * Guide and collaborate with the development team to identify business solutions through communication and knowledge sharing, resolve questions, disseminate expertise in internal and external forums, and interact with other areas to drive improvements; * Support the PO/PM in decision-making; * Assist in prioritizing software product deliveries through specialized analysis, considering the impacts of potential prioritizations on team/product activities; * Ensure the effectiveness of implementation and operation of software product features by performing and overseeing integrated testing related to maintenance/innovation/regulatory changes of high complexity;* Perform and oversee system-level testing for software product release (final product) to ensure system routines/operations function correctly; * Design and oversee the creation of test cases for new features or existing features lacking documented test cases;* Create and support the creation of mind maps for critical/complex routines, identifying routine features;* Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the team; * Review technical documentation written by developers/product team to ensure customers understand what has been implemented in the software product, and publish it in the customer-accessible documentation repository;* Suggest quality area process improvements based on technical expertise, aiming to optimize your own and stakeholders’ deliverables;* Automate and support automation of test cases by creating high-complexity test scripts; * Identify improvement opportunities through critical analysis of processes, tools, product, testing, and other development processes; * Ensure achievement of short-term goals within the quality area; * Guarantee quality, standardization, and maintainability of Gherkin test scenario writing, promoting best practices (declarative testing, step reuse, scenario templates); * Track activity backlog and manage test schedules and tasks; * Promote team development in hard and soft skills aligned with desired career paths, participating in team ceremonies and performance evaluation councils; * Build and maintain a high-performance team by defining required profiles and selecting suitable candidates; * Develop onboarding for new hires and implement motivation and engagement initiatives; Requirements and Qualifications * Advanced testing techniques; * Knowledge of testing best practices; * Programming logic; * Test automation: proficiency in frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium) or familiarity with common languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java); * APIs: ability to test and validate APIs using tools such as Postman or Insomnia; * Intermediate-level understanding of retail business/product domain; * Experience leading teams; Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree in technology or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in a relevant field is desirable; * Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field.
