Description: We are looking for a Mid-Level Purchaser to work in the Civil Construction sector, ensuring efficiency in procurement of materials, services, and equipment for construction projects. Act agilely and effectively on urgent demands and in serving internal client areas; Negotiate and implement supply contracts; Conduct category, supplier, and market analyses jointly with internal client areas, consistently pursuing optimal cost, delivery time, quality, and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities and Duties * Prospect, qualify, and negotiate with civil construction material and service suppliers; * Manage the full procurement cycle, from quotation to delivery and supplier payment; * Monitor contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with negotiated terms; * Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and planning departments to align with project requirements; * Monitor market trends and new technologies applicable to the sector; Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to manage high-volume procurement and multiple suppliers; * Experience with ERP systems and procurement management software; * Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile. 2511290202181776651
