The Manufacturing Engineering department is responsible for developing and proposing standards, workflows, and analyses related to sizing direct labor, product mix/volumes, and production capacity; monitoring and controlling performance indicators; and providing support to the entire Operations team. It aims to maximize company results through goal deployment and continuous monitoring of indicators and deliverables. **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities for this position include: * Conducting factory capacity analysis; * Controlling and monitoring productivity indicators (Labor, OEE, OLE, Rate); * Performing analysis and sizing of direct labor; * Analyzing and updating manufacturing routings; * Interfacing with the automated data collection system; * Tracking projects and their investment orders. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory requirements for this position: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
