Technical support to the pharmacist Provide safe and humanized customer service, ensuring correct medication dispensing, proper section organization, and compliance with sanitary regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** Serve customers at the medication counter; Interpret medical/dental prescriptions under the pharmacist’s supervision; Dispense medications in accordance with current legislation, under the pharmacist’s supervision; Advise customers on over-the-counter medications (OTCs); Restock medications on shelves; Monitor expiration dates and batch numbers; Maintain section organization and cleanliness; Support the pharmacist in technical routines; Accurately record sales in the system. **Behavioral Competencies:** Attention and responsibility; Professional ethics; Clear communication; Organization; Teamwork. **Technical Competencies:** Basic pharmacology knowledge; Prescription reading; Expiration date control; Basic sanitary legislation; Sales system operation.
