If you are proactive, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working with operational control, monitoring, and driver interaction, this opportunity may be right for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor all vehicles in the fleet; * Support and assist in fleet risk management; * Prepare monthly closing reports; * Contact drivers for alignment and follow-up on trip planning; * Monitor and manage suppliers related to the department; * Ensure vehicles comply with the PGR (Risk Management Plan); * Conduct vehicle fleet checklists and SMs; * Supervise processes and the operation of fleet tracking devices. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills for telephone and face-to-face interactions; * Organizational skills and attention to detail (especially in reports and figures); * Responsibility and proactivity. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Ability to assertively follow up and communicate with drivers and departments; * Calmness and composure under pressure; * Commitment and responsibility; * Proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge in monitoring or logistics **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary for the position; * Meal Allowance (VR); * Health Insurance; * Life Insurance. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
