




Job Summary: A Maintenance Planning professional responsible for planning corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure asset availability and reliability. Preparing work packages and purchase requisitions **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to join our **Planning** team within **Maintenance** at our **Paper Mill** in **Três Barras/SC**, in an on-site format, who will be responsible for performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance planning for machines and equipment across all criticality levels within their assigned areas, aiming to maximize asset availability and reliability while reducing costs associated with emergency corrective maintenance. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Develop the factory's monthly and general shutdown plan, and align planned work with Engineering; * Support maintenance planning activities by providing necessary technical information for execution, creating and updating technical lists, and reviewing/updating preventive maintenance plans; * Provide cost estimates covering labor services, materials, and contracts, and actively contribute to the preparation of the maintenance budget; * Prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts, materials, and external resources to meet the needs of planned work; * Prepare complete work packages containing all information and instructions required for service execution; * Adjust workloads according to available resources in the weekly and daily schedules; * Update standard maintenance/work plans upon completion of activities; * Ensure that required spare parts for scheduled work are available in the warehouse; * Perform other related duties as required by the job function and work process procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (Electrical or Electromechanical); * Postgraduate degree in Maintenance Engineering is desirable; * Experience in Instrumentation and/or Industrial Automation is desirable; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI); * Proficiency in SAP Integrated System, PM module; * Proficiency in MS Project; * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Knowledge of PI and PI Vision; **Additional Information** **BENEFITS FOR THIS POSITION:** We aim to support your health.
