This is an opportunity to work as an INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE at our headquarters located in Blumenau/SC. The role involves providing technical support, communicating with customers, performing sales activities, and applying analytical skills. Customer service via phone and digital channels (e\-mail, messages); Technical support, sales, and data analysis; Support for external sales representatives including quotation preparation, order processing, and stock inquiries; Order tracking and closure; Post\-sales customer follow\-up and assistance with order information, delivery dates, etc. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Communication and customer service skills; Experience in technical sales.
