This role involves web development, API integration, process automation, and creating innovative solutions to increase productivity and accelerate results in innovative and scalable projects. This professional works in a collaborative environment, supporting the team with their technology-related needs.** ### **Responsibilities:** ### **Provide technical support to employees, efficiently and promptly identifying and resolving hardware and software-related issues.** ### **Perform preventive maintenance on technology equipment and carry out software updates, ensuring system functionality and security.** ### **Track and record support requests in the IT department’s management system, ensuring transparency and traceability of requests.** ### **Collaborate on implementing process improvement projects and technological infrastructure upgrades, aiming to optimize the use of available tools.** ### **Maintain regular contact with technology service providers, ensuring quality technical support and assistance as needed.** * **Qualifications:** ### **Practical knowledge of operating systems, computer networks, and productivity software tools.** ### **Ability to solve technical problems independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive attitude.** ### **Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with non-technical users.** * **Educational Qualifications:** ### **Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward); strong communication and interpersonal skills; and interest in innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.** * **Professional Experience:** ### **Prior experience in technical support or internships in the technology field will be considered advantageous.** ### **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** ### **Computer maintenance knowledge** ### **Front-end development** ### **API integration experience** ### **Debugging and technical support** ### **GitHub/Portfolio required** ### **Linux Server knowledge** **Location** **Employment Type** **Work Model** Rio do Sul, SC, BR Full-time CLT On-site
