Inclusive and collaborative environment at DHL Supply Chain **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Responsible for advising the Site Security Coordinator regarding site operational teams, conducting internal and cargo audits, process inspections, and locker searches at the site. Manage asset control (cargo materials, lockers, key control, alarms, emergency doors) and related documentation; systematically inspect site premises to prevent fraud and incidents. Respond promptly to requests from the Security Department; consolidate all systemic information provided by the Assistant team and generate deviation charts. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed high school education; undergraduate studies preferred * Experience in asset security or loss prevention is a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and control spreadsheets and charting mandatory) **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring compliance with internal standards outlined in the DHL Master Plan; * Contributing to discipline, organization, and inventory accuracy across operations; * Verifying proper use of ID badges and uniforms by all employees; * Conducting inspections of operations to report damages to assets and stored products, as well as monitoring dock areas, ramps, emergency exit routes, and access points to ensure they remain properly secured; * Conducting inspections (searches) of employees, bags, departments, and changing rooms (if necessary); * Performing cargo and process audits across operations; * Investigating internal site incidents using CCTV and systemic data; * Managing systemic activities related to the Security Department for the DHL network (in synergy with the Security Coordinator); * Controlling cargo entry and exit via internal DHL/client systems. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is the global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
