Technical team support and on-site visits to verify issues A construction company is seeking a Post-Construction Assistant in Blumenau (Vila Nova). **Responsibilities:** Serve clients by receiving and registering requests regarding construction site issues via the digital platform. Prepare service orders, forward them to the maintenance team, track calls, materials applied, and associated costs. Support the technical team during service execution and conduct technical site visits to completed projects to identify and document issues with the Quality Department. Maintain communication with clients and act as an intermediary between clients and work teams. Assist in planning post-construction activities and maintenance tasks, perform field surveys, and help prepare technical reports. High school diploma required.
