Responsibilities include overseeing production operations, ensuring product quality, guiding the team, and guaranteeing compliance with operational and safety procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct machine inspection prior to operation start; * Supervise press operation and monitor product quality; * Guide and supervise the team during departmental activities; * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations; * Monitor correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Monitor press operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, and pressing time; * Track pressed panel output and process quality; * Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes; * Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize production; * Maintain workplace organization, equipment upkeep, and company assets. **Requirements** * Experience in plywood, wood, or related heavy industry production processes; * Knowledge of plywood production processes; * Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is not required, provided strong command of the production process; * Leadership profile, organizational skills, accountability, and effective communication; * Resilience to work under pressure; * Analytical mindset and agility in problem-solving. **Benefits** * Meal card; * Health assistance; * Life insurance; * Referral bonus; * Attendance bonus; * Agreements with medical clinics, dental clinics, and laboratories; * Collective holidays between Christmas and New Year.
