




**Main Responsibilities:** * Advertise job opportunities on appropriate channels. * Perform resume screening and interviews. * Support the hiring process: document collection, medical exams, and coordination with HR administration. * Monitor integration and adaptation of new employees (onboarding). * Assist with other HR-related tasks. * Track and report recruitment and selection metrics. **What We Are Looking For:** * Completed degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection processes. * Basic knowledge of other HR areas (payroll, benefits, time tracking, etc.). * Strong communication, organization skills, and ability to conduct competency-based interviews. * Proficiency in job posting and resume screening tools. * Class B driver's license held for more than two years. * Availability for nationwide travel.
