We operate throughout Brazil, offering technology, efficiency, and excellent customer service to our clients. **About the Position** We are seeking a Junior Resident Technician to work within one of our client sites, providing on-site technical support for printing and multifunction devices. The professional will serve as Copymaq's on-site support point, ensuring continuous operation and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** Provide on-site technical support for printers and multifunction devices (black and white and color); Perform basic diagnostics and preventive and corrective maintenance; Monitor equipment performance and report incidents through internal systems; Assist in supply management (toner, parts, and consumables); Maintain direct contact with the client, upholding Copymaq's positive image; Collaborate with remote support and technical coordination teams. **Requirements** Completed high school (technical course in electronics, mechatronics, or related fields is a plus); Basic knowledge of computers and networks; Previous experience in printer maintenance is a plus; Good communication skills, organization, and professional demeanor. **We Offer** Competitive market salary; Ongoing technical training; Collaborative work environment and growth opportunities.
