SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. The required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and teaching youth or adults in the following curricular components: Portuguese language, Writing, Interpersonal Relationships, Motivation, Leadership, People Management, Administration, and/or Finance. **VERIFICATION:** Documentation submitted must explicitly demonstrate compliance with the minimum required activities, otherwise documents will be rejected. Professional experience verification must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating alignment with the target position (only if the CTPS registration title corresponds to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
