Cotton Star is a company specialized in the production and distribution of cotton-based textile products. With a focus on quality and sustainability, it offers a wide range of items for the fashion and home décor markets. **What will you do in this role?:** Develop garment patterns according to technical specifications and product requirements. Perform pattern adjustments and corrections based on fit testing and production trials. Oversee pilot production and approve garments for mass production. Maintain organization of physical and digital pattern files and samples. Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality and technical feasibility.
