




Job Summary: A professional responsible for quality inspection on the assembly line, ensuring product compliance at all stages and validating corrections. Key Highlights: 1. Validating corrections to ensure continuity of the production process **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect, together with the production department, the proper functioning of electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic instruments installed on vehicle bodies across various stages in the painting, finishing, electromechanical, and welding departments; * Work at all quality inspection stations on the assembly line (product assembly, bodywork, painting, finishing, final release), being qualified to confirm product progression to subsequent stations; * Record incidents and abnormalities; * Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing orders, monitoring various process stages and verifying products in-process against their respective drawings, authorizing or rejecting continuation of production; * Identify any defects found on a given product using labels, reports, checklists, and other relevant forms, informing all involved personnel, arranging for correction of such defects, and maintaining records of occurrences; * Monitor practical tests including sealing, vehicle rolling, and others as required, confirming desired body characteristics at appropriate locations; * Validate corrections proposed/applied by the production department for any detected deviations, thereby ensuring continuous flow of the production process; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in this role, particularly in supplier validation; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting project technical drawings; * Experience resolving production process issues on the factory floor; * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production, quality, or related fields; * **Availability to work during business hours, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM\.** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.400,00 per month Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Do you reside in Joinville? * Are you available to work during business hours?
