Your main responsibilities include: * Monitoring the meal preparation process; * Guiding staff on proper food handling practices; * Assessing food storage conditions and determining appropriate storage locations for each product; * Inspecting storage equipment conditions (refrigerators, warming cabinets, and cold rooms); * Controlling received goods, indicating receipt date and supplier; * Collecting and storing samples of all prepared foods; * Staying updated on current legislation regarding food storage and handling, as well as refrigerator and cold room temperatures; * Ensuring staff wear appropriate PPE and uniforms; * Establishing equipment cleaning schedules; * Performing other departmental procedures. Requirements and Qualifications: * Prior experience as a Nutrition Technician is preferred; * Active CRN TD registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.106,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
